Brittley Jarrell
Responsiveness. The Key to Success.
Brittley Jarrell is Chief Operating Officer for CORE where she is responsible for the daily operations of the company, as well as creating, executing and sustaining the company's strategic initiatives. In this position, her charge is to continually develop and implement the brand's internal and external plans and communicate how they carry out the company's overall goals. In partnership with CEO Shaun Osher, she drives CORE's decision-making to generate long-term improvements.
Brittley has a diverse business background in a variety of different industries in which she has proven her ability to turn big ideas into results. Seven years ago, Brittley started Jarrell Entertainment, a full-service entertainment company. Under her direction, the company grew 300% while achieving preferred vendor status with high-end event planners and multi-national corporations in New York, Los Angeles, Palm Beach and the Hamptons.
Prior to Jarrell Entertainment, Brittley led a successful public relations career where she held high-level positions both in-house and on the agency side. As Director of Media Relations for The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Brittley executed a $1 million advertising campaign to promote condominium sales at the resort. Prior to that, Brittley was named the youngest Director at New York City-based crisis communications firm, Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, where she handled accounts such as Revlon, Michael Jackson Enterprises, Whirlpool, Premier Healthcare, and Northwest Airlines.
Before her involvement in public relations, Brittley had a thriving career in politics. She served as Senior Policy Advisor on Capitol Hill, working for Congressman Sanford D. Bishop of Georgia. Her committee worked focused on Commerce, Ways and Means, Agriculture and Veteran's Affairs. Additionally, she led successful campaigns for Congressman Bishop in 1998 and 2000. Prior to working with on the Hill, Brittley served as Special Assistant to Georgia's Governor Zell Miller. Brittley began her stint in politics organizing field operations for the Clinton-Gore campaigns in 1992 and 1996.
Brittley received her BA from American University in Washington DC, and did postgraduate Masters work in Global Health Care Policy at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She currently lives in the West Village.
