As Director of Sales for the Onyx Chelsea, The Emory, William Beaver House, 290 Mulberry, 52 East 4th Street, 53 Warren Street, 650 Sixth Avenue and 949 Park Avenue (coming soon), Fredrik works closely with the sponsors, architects, design and ad agencies, real estate attorneys and the co-broke community. He is also CORE’s Director of International Sales, with more global contacts than any other broker. In the past year alone he traveled to meet brokerages, investors, and bulk buyers in London (The Property Investor Show), Dublin (Property Exhibition), Dubai (Cityscape), Singapore (International Real Estate Investment), Hong Kong (MIPIM), Seoul (Coex) and Cannes (MIPIM). As one of downtown’s top brokers of luxury properties, Fredrik is frequently covered by New York magazine, The New York Times, the New York Post, The Sun, New York Living and The New York Observer, among other publications.

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Fredrik studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and became the head of IT at one of Sweden’s largest financial newspapers. At the age of 23, he founded an Internet company, then went on to work for investment bank SEB in Stockholm, London, Singapore and Tokyo, before making New York City his home.

Fredrik is known for treating everyone at every level with courtesy, respect, kindness and professionalism, whether it’s a client, colleague, attorney or assistant.
